John
Mau is Vice President-Credit Administration for M&I
Marshall and Ilsley Bank in Milwaukee, WI. He is responsible
for: Regional Credit Center oversight - locations in Appleton
and
Brookfield (staff of 150); Facilitate and support credit
approval
process (Credit Analysts); Loan Presentation preparation;
Financial
statement spread preparation; Provide related monitoring,
re-porting
and operational support (Credit Operations); Loan Committee
administration (agendas, minutes, etc); Provide Commercial
loan documentation; provide post closing support; Credit
Administration operational oversight; and oversight of credit
risk
operational issues related to corporate initiatives.
John
started in banking in 1987 as a bank examiner with the State
of Wisconsin - Office of Commissioner of Banking. In 1991 he
joined M&I Madison Bank in Loan Review / Credit
Administration.
From 1997 - present he has been with M&I Marshall
and
Ilsley Bank. John received his Bachelor of Business
Administration-
Finance from UW Eau Claire in 1986. He received his Masters
of Science -Finance, Investment and Banking from UW Madison
in
